Small Family Away from your Home


Hostel life is believed to have a distinct influence on the nature of students’ lives. Students who live in a hostel are socially and behaviourally different. Boarding or hostel life is a mix of different cultural cultures, and students learn to live with people from various cultural backgrounds. That first day of hostel with lots of excitement and fear number of faces but no-one known to you, small little mess area filled with some different dishes but none of them tastes like mom’s cooked food this is the first day were everyone realise that homemade food is something else beyond magic. There is a curiosity to know who is staying next door, It’s time to peek over every single door to make some new friends some might be  good some might be opposite magnet pole but we have to live there so make a good connection with them.
 Three year passed and we are still thinking that how time went on, that evening walk with them that evening time waterballs from the roadside vendor, that momos and burger stalls were we visited every single day,  that late night discussion before exam lot’s of memories left behind they are like small family with whom be celebrated are joy, heartbreak , failures every single thing but it’s time to say goodbye to them in the hope that we will meet someday somewhere, we learnt the real meaning of life there. Stay happy wherever you are find happiness in small things life is all about moving on.
